Again, Roger’s telephone record clearly shows that all further calls by this woman to Dr Okafor even after she made the report to the College, tons of them, were not answers. Also, the call logs before her report show that she called the clinic first with her new number in May 2012, before she made that call, her last visit to the clinic was in May 2011. The phone number on the clinic file was different from the number used in May 2012, no phone record of her previous number was obtained by CPSO. CPSO claimed that the calls were made extremely late into the night up to 1 am, but they failed to establish that a) the lady in question works at night, b) Dr. Okafor works with med-visit and visits patients at their homes up till this time, c) they failed to print the billing records that would show that the calls to the woman in question were made while he was on route to patients homes, being driven by a driver from one patients home to another. All these records they had access to but failed to include in their report.
